This month we are focusing on the one and only Allison McBryde, our Director of Customer Success.
Allison is an absolute gem of a person whose warmth and happiness shine through each day as she has overseen the Customer Success department for the last year. In this role, she is responsible for hiring and training all CS managers and providing support to them with their customer assignments. This endeavor includes working closely with her managers in new client onboarding and customer training and extending her additional assistance to new and existing clients.
She has 7 years of experience in the Senior Living Industry as an Activity Director and 7 additional years in the customer service industry. Both positions allowed her to develop a strong skillset in understanding and meeting the clients’ varied needs.
One of her favorite aspects of her job is introducing TSOLife’s Business Intelligence and Resident Engagement platforms to Activity Directors, and she loves providing solutions to create meaningful opportunities for engagement. Allison happily shares that she is inspired daily by the stories the CS team hears. It is truly rewarding to hear from clients about TSOLife tech’s impact on their communities.
When asked one thing about her experiences, her favorite part of working with seniors was getting to know their passions and helping to empower them to live the life they wanted. Allison’s fondest memory was learning about a resident’s passion for boxing and helping hang up a speed bag. You can absolutely feel the excitement when she speaks about how he taught her and others in the community how to use it! It sounds like it was incredible to watch him share his passion with others, and it was a great workout!
When Allison isn’t making a positive impact in the daily lives of clients and the residents in their communities, she loves spending as much time outside as she can. It seems like anything outdoors and physically active fits the bill, as she lists hiking, biking, camping, and playing disc golf as some of her preferred ways to spend her free time. Further fulfillment happens with her love of travel to State and National Parks. And ever the warm heart, she loves taking her lucky dog to all the local rivers in towns they travel to. Not uncommon to the Austin, TX scene, Allison LOVES live music and tries to get to as many live concerts as possible.
If you can’t tell, one of her joys is to travel and experience everything a locale has to offer. On her bucket list is to visit Scotland and the rest of the world! But one of her biggest dreams is to live in a tiny home in a remote spot in the mountains, where she’ll have all the company you could ask for in goats and dogs.
