This July, TSOLife made some enhancements to the platform that are designed to improve functionality of key features and optimize important workflows. Here’s an in-depth look at what’s been updated.
Quality of Life Over Time is a new report that is available at the community and corporate levels. This report provides important data points for the srQOL, srH, and BBQ metrics over the previous 90 days.
- Community Level: Includes a section to view a list of residents with their current and previous QoL scores, plus an area to create opportunities for residents with low QoL scores.
- Corporate Level: Includes a section to review the average QoL scores at each community, plus an area to to view a listing of residents with low QoL scores at each community.
Activities Report for Corporations
The brand-new Activities Report breaks down activities by their dimensions of wellness. Corporations can now see how many events took place within a particular community based on an individual dimension, and they can see how many residents were involved.
This helps corporations see which types of activities are occurring in each community as well how many residents are attending.
As a reminder, the Dimensions of Wellness are used to actively focus on choices and decisions that lead to an overall healthy and fulfilling life.
Compliance Rule Options
For corporations that are utilizing compliance rules, two new options have been added when editing sets.
The two new options are:
- Interviews by Percentage: Define the minimum percentage of residents that must have an interview completed per time frame (week or month).
- Check-In Interviews by Percentage: Define the minimum percentage of residents that must have a check-in interview completed per time frame (week or month).
These new options were added to assist with communities that have small or fluctuating occupancy.
Introducing Room Reservations
If a resident would like to book a community location for an event or gathering, there is now a tool for that. This feature provides a full calendar of location reservations that blends seamlessly with your community’s event calendar:
Using this calendar, community staff will be able to easily discern if a location for a requested reservation will already be in use and can approve/deny as necessary.
A resident can place a reservation request while creating an event through the Resident App and the Resident Web Experience. Staff will then receive a notification and can approve or deny the request via the platform or the Staff App:
Staff can also reserve rooms on behalf of a resident who is not utilizing the Resident App by clicking the New Room Reservation button:
Rooms can also be blocked off on the calendar for reasons of maintenance or special events by selecting the Other option from the New Room Reservation menu.
New Digital Signage Templates
New templates have been added for your Digital Signage needs! This includes:
Holiday Signs:
- Purim
- Rosh Hashanah
- Shabbat Shalom
- Hanukkah
Team Member Slides:
- Manager on Duty
- Featured Team Member
Remove Date Backgrounds Option Added to Calendars
A new toggle has been added when customizing calendars called Remove Date Backgrounds. Normally, there is a black box around each date within the calendar. Enabling this option will remove that black box, as shown below:
This new option can be found while inside the calendar and clicking the Print Calendar button:
And it can be found while customizing a calendar in the Calendar Toggles section:
We’re continuing to invest in features that help communities operate smarter and support residents better. Stay tuned for more updates next month!
