We feel honored to be able to recognize the employees that continue to shape the culture and make us the exciting place we love to work each day. This month we want to spotlight Samantha Minasola, an individual whose efforts help propel us forward on our path to being the first company in the senior living industry to use AI to drive innovation, create business intelligence, and streamline resident engagement.
Samantha oversees the Production Department, where we turn resident information into usable data points that the communities can use to optimize engagement. This amazing process uses AI to data-mine up to 6 times more critical and personal information than the average paper-based senior living resident profile. In addition, Samantha and her team facilitate the development of these data points into actionable insights accessible from our BI platform. This ensures that our clients and their communities receive the most significant positive impact in daily operations and, most importantly, resident quality of life.
Before coming to TSOLife, she earned her bachelor’s in psychology and worked as a Behavioral Therapist, using patient insights to drive meaningful change in their lives. When you meet her and hear her speak about her team, that warmth and care are evident.
When asked what she enjoys most about working at TSOLife, she said that playing a role in enhancing residents’ well-being and overall quality of life was so rewarding. Also, she loves working for a company that helps improve seniors’ mental health, “it’s important to me to do something that positively impacts the world, and I am grateful to have a job where we focus on people’s wellness.”
To maintain her wellness, Samantha enjoys being active physically and mentally. She loves going for hikes, singing unique karaoke covers, cooking, and reading. While lovely and caring, one of her guilty pleasures is beating everyone at board games. We’re just thankful that her competitive spirit is used to our benefit.
