A graduate of Western Washington University with a Bachelor’s degree in Education, Wendy has cultivated a strong academic foundation, specializing in Special Education and English as a second language. Her diverse career spans across both public and private education, consulting, and the senior living industry. Throughout her extensive journey, Wendy has played a pivotal role in enhancing operations through transparent communication, servant leadership, and a steadfast commitment to execution.
With a track record that includes transforming struggling communities into thriving ones, Wendy has shown remarkable conventional and emotional intelligence, extraordinary resilience, and unwavering dedication. From bolstering morale and expense control to navigating the challenges of the early stages of the COVID-19 pandemic, Wendy has consistently demonstrated her leadership prowess.
As the Director of Program Partnerships at TSOLife, Wendy focused on evaluating potential integration and product partner organizations. Her contributions extended to assisting with operational and product areas, leading a team from the inception of a new offering through to its successful release.
In her new capacity as Vice President of Operations, Wendy is poised to bring her passion for order and her ability to transform unstructured tasks into seamless, sustainable workflows. Leading with innovative approaches, she is committed to enhancing efficiency across processes and guiding the team toward operational excellence.
