Allison McBryde Promoted to TSOLife Vice President of Customer Experience
We are thrilled to announce the well-deserved promotion of Allison McBryde to the position of Vice President of Customer Experience at TSOLife.
A proud alumna of Texas State University, Allison holds a Bachelor of Science in Sociology with a specialization in Gerontology. With an impressive seven-year tenure in the Senior Living industry, Allison initially made her mark as a Regional Mentor in resident engagement, guiding and supporting over 50 engagement associates to excel in their communities.
In the spring of 2022, Allison joined the provider side of senior living as the Director of Customer Success at TSOLife. In this pivotal role, she adeptly managed the Customer Success Department, overseeing the recruitment, training, and development of a high-performing team of managers and coordinators. Notably, Allison played a key role in onboarding new customer accounts, providing unwavering support to all customers and corporate partners. Her diligence extended to collaborating with various departments, implementing optimized system operations, and championing best practices to deliver industry-leading customer service and experiences.
As she steps into her new role as Vice President of Customer Experience, Allison remains at the helm of the Customer Success Department, steering the team to provide unparalleled customer support. In the face of TSOLife’s continued growth, she is committed to nurturing and cultivating strong relationships with corporate partners and TSOLife users alike.
